Accessibility statement
Last updated 29 October 2026
We want as many people as possible to be able to use the LMS, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or voice control. This statement says how close we are and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
1. What you should be able to do
- Use every page with a keyboard alone. The place you are on is always shown with a blue outline.
- Skip straight past the navigation to the main content.
- Zoom text to 200% without content being cut off, and use the service on a phone.
- Watch training videos with captions where the course provides a transcript, and read the transcript alongside.
- Use light or dark mode, or follow your device setting.
2. The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
3. Known issues
- Some charts in reports describe their data in text for screen readers but can't yet be explored point by point.
- Videos added from YouTube or Vimeo use those services' own players, which we don't control.
- Documents uploaded by organizations may not be accessible. Ask the organization that set your training for an accessible version.
- We haven't yet had the service audited by an independent accessibility specialist. We plan to before general release.
4. Tell us about a problem
If you can't do something you need to, or need information in a different format, write to support@lms.example. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We reply within 5 working days.
5. How we checked
This statement was prepared on 29 October 2026 from our own testing with keyboards, screen readers and automated checks during development.
